Docpart now has order operations log

CMS for auto parts online sales Docpart now has a function of handling the log of order operations. Now all happening with an order is recorded in log and manager can see all the history of order with the time mark and action initiator: order creating, payments, status changing, etc.

At the same time, the manager can leave text notes in the log.
